Dubbed the “Coolest Neighborhood in America” by Dwell Magazine, the Prospect New Town neighborhood needed to build awareness locally. The neighborhood is comprised of single-family homes, townhomes, apartments and a commercial area. Although the housing was thriving, neighborhood restaurants and retailers located were struggling to attract people outside the immediate area. BAS1S was asked to update their website, create a social media campaign, and design print collateral for a broad awareness campaign. BAS1S also helped with event creation and coordination as well as other local and regional promotions. The largest of the neighborhood events was Prospect Sound Bites, which featured food-trucks and bands every Monday night during the summer and became a favorite local and regional event.
